Terms and Conditions of Use
Please read these terms carefully before using the Eatcom.net platform.
Eatcom.net (“Eatcom”) is an online intermediary platform that enables users to order products or services from registered vendors. Eatcom is not involved in the production, preparation, or delivery of any products or services. Its sole role is to connect customers with vendors in a secure, simple, and fast manner.
Each vendor is fully responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including standards of quality, safety, pricing, and product delivery. Eatcom does not guarantee the quality or accuracy of the information provided by vendors. It is the customer’s responsibility to verify all relevant details before placing an order.
By placing an order, you agree to the following:
Orders cannot be canceled once accepted by the vendor.
For prepaid orders (via card or wallet), Eatcom acts as a service provider on behalf of the vendor.
Vendors reserve the right to reject any order for any reason.
If delivery exceeds one hour from the stated delivery time, the customer may request to cancel the order and receive a refund.
Service fees, delivery fees, and any additional charges are clearly presented in the order summary and are non-refundable once the order is accepted.
By using Eatcom, you agree to:
Not use a third party’s account without permission.
Not post or send any offensive or unlawful content.
Not attempt to hack, disrupt, or interfere with the platform or its services.
Not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights.
Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials and not share them with others.
You are fully responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information you provide.
Eatcom reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates its terms.
Minors (under 18) must not use the platform without direct supervision from a parent or legal guardian.
A monthly subscription service offering benefits like free delivery from selected vendors.
Subscriptions are non-refundable.
Renewals are automatic unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
The wallet is for use within the Eatcom platform only.
Wallet balance cannot be refunded to a bank account.
Balance transfers between users are final and cannot be reversed.
Any fraudulent activity will result in immediate suspension of the wallet.
Eatcom reserves the right to amend these terms at any time.
Continued use of the platform constitutes implicit acceptance of the updated terms.
Eatcom is not liable for any damages resulting from the use of the platform or misuse of services by vendors.
In case of disputes, your sole remedy is to stop using the platform.
These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
